Returns & Replacement 

Due to the hygienic nature of medical devices, returns are accepted only under specific conditions. 

Eligible Returns 

Returns are accepted if: 

• Product received is damaged during shipping  

• Wrong product delivered  

• Manufacturing defect reported within 7 days  

• Product remains unused and in original packaging  

Non-returnable Products 

Returns will not be accepted if: 

• Device has been used clinically  

• Protective seals are broken  

• Product has been physically damaged after delivery  

• Accessories are missing  

• Device has been modified  

Replacement Timeline 

Approved replacement requests are generally processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
