i Scope360 Warranty Policy 

Standard Warranty 

Every i Scope360 device is covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in your purchase agreement. 

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 

Warranty Includes 

  • Manufacturing defects  

  • Device malfunction due to component failure  

  • Hardware defects identified during normal clinical use  

  • Functional issues not caused by misuse  

  • Replacement of defective parts (where applicable)  

  • Technical troubleshooting support  

Warranty Does Not Cover 

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from: 

  • Accidental drops or impact  

  • Improper handling  

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications  

  • Exposure to liquids beyond recommended limits  

  • Fire, flood, or natural disasters  

  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear  

  • Use with unsupported accessories  

  • Improper sterilization or cleaning procedures  

  • Damage caused by incompatible smartphones  

Warranty Claim Process 

To request warranty service:

  1. Share the purchase invoice.  

  1. Provide device serial number.  

  1. Submit photographs or videos showing the issue.  

  1. Follow return instructions provided by our support team.  

Devices found eligible under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

iI Scope360 is designed to work with supported smartphones only. 

Before purchasing, users should verify compatibility using the latest compatibility list. 

Compatibility may vary based on:

Mobile Application

Unauthorized modification of the application may void warranty. 

Cleaning Instructions 

Proper cleaning helps maintain image quality and device performance. 

Recommended guidelines include:

  • Use approved medical disinfectants.  

  • Avoid abrasive chemicals.  

  • Do not immerse the device in liquid unless specified.  

  • Allow the device to dry completely before storage.  

  • Store in a clean, dry environment.  

Failure to follow cleaning instructions may affect warranty eligibility.
